Cant get Facebook or email on my Samsung phone

I have tried to get facebook and email from my phone but it wont work. Says connection failed all the time. Yet I have the Bluetooth on and saved the URL of FB and my email addy etc.

Samsung SGH-U600.

Any ideas?

An obvious question: can you get to any other websites?

Bluetooth is not for the internet. Try wifi?

Go to your network website and find settings for your handset.
Use PC - this is obvious, but what is obvious to me can be not obvious to you...

You wont get anywhere with just bluetooth?

Where do you want to get? You can connect to a PC and transfer files. You can connect to a bluetooth headset, car audio and other devices.

It doesn't have WiFi to access internet via a wireless router. The only way is to use mobile data connection.

Maybe you need a sim update for 3G.

You will need to enter settings in the phone for waht ever provider you are with.

Also does the phone have enough credit on it as data usage is unlikley to be free

face book and email to check on my phone but I cant do that. I entered in both and went online to my net provider but didnt work, yet I can receive things even the weather on my phone, and stuff like that.

I myself have wireless router on pc. and the cards that go in the phone for saving pics etc. and memory stick for transfers which have already done.

First time I have had a phone with blue tooth so I will look up more about on internet. My other phone although technical dont have blue tooth yet I can send pics to my email from it.

Bluetooth has nothing to do with the internet and vice versa.

Phones connect to the internet ether via WiFi (your phone doesn't have it) or via mobile data connection.
