ok so FLM have been in touch, hopefully this matter is at an end now and now my time and effort can be used on taking the skanks to court, iv accepted a small goodwill amount (£150) from them to close this matter and remove myself from all liability.
Still means iv paid a share of this loan (£1417.00) but its better than the whole amount (£2800 approx) and means Richard will not `get away with it` entirely. what a relief, lesson learnt and all that.
big thanks to everyone on here for your advice and support. oh there also sending me a copy of the phone call when she changed my details - hopefully i can use this as evidence in court and i think ill push the police matter again. so glad its sort of over :)

I wish you well and hope you are paid back tenfold....just shows how low people will go when money is concerned...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

have you made a complaint to the nmc over this nurses conduct. her/his conduct breaches the fitness to practice rules. as a nurse there conduct should be spotless.

Hi, yes it was because tbh im passed caring and theres plenty of Richards in this world hahaha hes lucky i havent posted his full name, :p

And no i havent reported her to the nmc, iv wrote to her employers regarding the other issue of her using her work pc id to search the `other womans` details..... might be worth thinking about.
Regarding the small claims court i have submitted it - two weeks has passed, they have ignored it os applied for judgement yesterday,,,,, i have no doubt that they will just ignore that too
