press ctrl alt delete twice on the log screen and type administrator for the user and then leave the password field blank.0

This does not work on XP Home Edition. You can only login as administrator after booting the PC in Safe-Mode when using XP Home.

So in most likely it would have been this visable admin account rather then the hidden administrator account.
Unless when it was installed it asked for the administrator password.

But most people just skip it. lol Well as someone said that if the hacking tool comes from a untrustworthy person then you could get one.0
