Argghh Asda Home Shopping price problems

Just had Asda delivery. my children love fray bentos meat pies and branston baked beans. As these were both in the £1 per item section when I ordered on line last night I stocked up, only to be charged Double £2 on delivery. My grocery bill rocketed from £108 to £143. After spending 20 minutes discussing this with "Customer Services", including a so called manager, all they were prepared to do to keep me happy was to return the goods and credit. Tesco next time0

one of my items that doubled was the Branston baked beans. I've written to them using good old fashioned paper seeing as they don't generally address emails. I just don't think it's on. the sainsbury's idea is much fairer
