Vodafone increase price, chance to terminate !
Sorry, I know this is a wrong place but more audience here. Yesterday got message from Vodafone there are increasing their per minute call charges. For those who took the contract before June 2011, if u go over your minute, it will cost you 21p per minute to call Vodafone and landline number, now they increase it to 35p. I got £16 total charges on top of my monthly allowance last month so call Vodafone CS to ask if I able to terminate as per their T&C that if the new price changes affect me by more than 10% of my previous bill, then I was able to terminate. CS lady said after few minutes checking that I was able to terminate but need to write a letter to them. Result ! I took the contract on April this year with Blackberry Torch. :j

I don't think so as the price increase only for call to Vodafone and landline number and also 0844/0871 outside your minutes allowance.
You can check the new price at https://www.Vodafone.co.uk/mybill0 -
okies, so if i was to go over my minutes, and the price changed affected me by more than 10% then in theory should be able to cancel?
Thank you for your help xx:)0 -
