Cancelling after 3 months insurance ?
My daughter has a mobile from Mobileshop and had 3 months free insurance but forgot to cancel it when the freebee ran out and now the direct debit has kicked in for a few months.
Our household insurance now fully covers it.
Is there any way to cancel it by e-mail rather than doing it in writing.
I seem to remember someone posting a persons e-mail address ages ago that you could use to cancel if you contacted them.
All I can find is that you have to write to Citymain Administrators Ltd at a PO Box in Ryde

Hi,
All you need to do is cancel the Direct Debit as when they cannot take a payment your insurance policy will lapse. This is what I did before the 1st payment was due and they didn't even bother contacting me to let me know it had lapse. I spent a lot of time trying to call through to them and couldn't so just cancel the Direct Debit.
This will also work with Carphone Warehouse's Lifeline insurance policy & E2save's.0 -
