These are forums where users of each isp post problems/questions so you can get a good idea for how good each is. From what I've heard though, Zen is the better of the 2, however, I've also heard that Zen have gone downhill in recent months.0

I'm with Zen - I have never had any problem with them and they have excellent customer service based in the UK.
Having said that - I have recently asked for a MAC as my usage history shows I am a very light user and for a 3gb capped service (which is more than ample for me) I could save £12 per month by switching to Newnet who also offer a one month contract.0
