    I think it is not working any longer. I have had pets for years and treat the house properly and pets the same time. I buy flea collars to put in the hoover etc. My eldest cat is allergic so has a cheapy flea collar and never gets fleas. The others have 3/4 fleas on them within a week of treatment. All my friends with cats are saying frontline is not working for them either. Going to put collars on all five cats and see how we get on.

    Well my order arrived this morning, use-by date is 2014 as promised.
    One happy MSE customer. :D

    Every few years the bugs at a given location do appear to become resistant to all of the more effective brands. The solution is to change brands for a few months or until it happens again.

    I generally switch between Frontline and Advantage, though overall prefer the former as it seems to deal with ticks more efficiently - a problem when deer share our favourite walks (not at the same time, ;) ).

    Good deal that as you are unlikely to get a longer use-by date than 2014
