Thanks - saved a fiver (it all helps!).
  • Just check the expiry date on the box when it arrives to make sure it isn't short dated as that is a big reduction from their normal price.

Wil you post on here when you get a reply please as I ordered some on Sunday from Nutrecare but if they're long enough dated I'll order some. Thanks :)

Just spoken to a lady from the customer care team. She said the expiry date is 2014.. So looks like it's a good MSE deal, folks! :D

Thanks! :D Really pleased to hear that!

I had just chanced buying a 6 pack of the cat and dog ones and I already have a few treatments here that I need to use first!

I normally use Effipro http://www.vetuk.co.uk/flea-treatments-effipro-spot-on-c-3_505?zenid=2sdcsl3tq816mkq06c8c4q0ss4 (generic Brand of Frontline) as it works out a few quid cheaper but at this price the Frontline is the same price per pipette as Effipro. I do prefer the Frontline design of tubes etc. they are a bit less "fiddly!" but I defo wouldn't pay more for them! ;)

My vet has advised against using Frontline saying that it is now one of the least favoured brands by vets. Stupidly I never asked why. Anyone have any ideas before I go spending a fortune on Advantage 80? Thank you
  • More and more people are saying there is some resistance to fipronil - the active ingredient in Frontline, Effipro & Fiprospot. Personally I am not yet convinced, I think most failures are down to not treating the household and not applying the product correctly. I think not treating the house is the biggest single cause of failure
