Yep, as some of the guys up above have pointed out, it may not sound as neat as what you're getting from the better sound card already in your computer, but then the one I got isn't bad, and for a quid did the trick just fine. You can get better, dearer USB sound cards of course, including ones that are breakout boxes with surround sound support etc - but if it is just cheap convenience for a quid you want...0

IMO, better to spend a little more (or reduce the belly size!)

A Behringer UCA202 will take USB and output to headphones, phono audio outs and toslink

Thanks for all the replies and as pointed out to me on the other thread (same heading, etc) I have no idea why the thread seemed to have appeared twice and someone said a third time this morning.
Must be a gremlin somewhere and I don't think me as I have been a long term poster under other names apart from luminated. I also confirm I am not a a troll :eek:0 -
