Council Tax and Jacobs Bailiffs Charges

Hi All, Please can anyone help or advise. I was late paying my CT, it went to court and Jacobs bailiffs were instructed. I got a letter from them with the total amount owed plus their fees. I did pay all the CT in one go direct to the Council, and was advised there was still £42 of costs to pay directly to Jacobs. I had a…
