Hi all,

Hopefully someone here can help me with this query -

I am with o2 and looking to upgrade mobile phone (and downgrade tarriff)

Looking at the SE k800i mobile phone on the website it comes with a FREE memory card and FREE cinema tickets for a year.

The guy offered me a tarriff with 400 extra txts on. BUT he said, WITHOUT the memory card or cinema tickets.

Looking at the website, it looks like that deal just generally comes with the phone - seems a bit misleadind that they take it off you if they offer you a better tarriff??

I would guess that what you can see on their website is for "new customers only". Basically you want to pay them less AND get a better handset. If they won't play ball, ask for your PAC and go elsewhere!

Ive been a customer with them for 4 years and over that 4 years I would say ive spent thousands on the phone contract!

What im meaning is that if it is advertised as a bundle coming WITH the phone, then surely they cant just take it off because they have offered you extra text messages on the tarriff?
