Hey all
It's upgrade time and I'm stumped as usual! I currently have Blackberry Curve but don't want another BB.
So I'm thinking a HTC but not sure which model. The Sensation looks good on paper but is far too big for my liking (same reason I discounted Samasung Galaxy 2). So I looked instore today and I liked the Wildfire S and the Desire S, which is the better phone?
The other option would be an iphone but I'm not that fussed on them, but would settle for one.
I'm currently on Orange and need to stay with them or use Tmobile as they give the best coverage where I am. I pay £20/mth at moment, 24 mth contract, 300 mins (too many for me!), unlim text and internet.
Any suggestions would be welcomed!!!

Desire is much better and much more expensive than Wildfire.
Wildfire S was recently available for 24x£10ish at T-mobile.
Without cashaback or redemption Desire S is about 24x£200 -
Thank you for the reply.
Am I right in thinking the Desire S is the newest of the Desire models (s, Z, HD)?
Is there a new HTC model in the pipline?

The S is an updated version of the original Desire. I'd happily have one.
It's the latest on the range.
HTC are always bringing out new models. Sometimes it's hard to keep up!0 -
Differences between different HTC phones
HD has the biggest (in terms of the size and pixels) screen I believe. "Z" was a modification with a full slide-out keyboard.0 -
The new HTC phone is the Sensation. Which as you already know commands a premium at the moment.
It all depends what operating system you want to use though. I've had a couple of HTC's running android and they've been brilliant. I'm currently using an HTC Mozart running Windows Phone 7 and am really enjoying it.
HTC are bringing new phones out all the time, but if youre after an Android HTC and you can afford the initial outlay, CPW have the Incredible S discounted to £269 (sim free) at the moment. An immensely capable phone for a cracking price. Stick a giffgaff sim in it and for a £10er a month you've got 250 mins, unlimited texts, and most importantly for Android-completely unlimited mobile data.0 -
brilliant, thanks guys!
