Getting sellers 2 verify paypal accounts?

Either 'the listing qualifies for buyer protection' or it doesn't. They don't change that halfway through.

It can actually change halfway through. I've bought and sold on ebay listings where the account has become verified while the auction was live and the logo does change. But what I'm unsure of is verification subsequent to listing completion.
Just dawned on me the simple thing to do is just ring Paypal and ask! Which I will now do ;+)
