Tesco H&B vouchers

I had a good one tonight bought
10x slimfast
4x toothbrush
4 x deodorant ( not bogof the mens discontinued one reduced from 66p to 33p)
4 herbal essence shampoo
=£29.28
£15.96 after bogofs
used various coupons from quit and H&B
Also bought other bits (£19.39)- so total bill after bogofs was £35.35
after coupons was £12.85
Then came the best bit - got R&R on a leg of lamb which was overcharged
so had £11.88 refunded
Paid 97p for whole shop

On a sadder note I am now running out of my H&B coupons as I was sure I would get more by now and have posted all my spare ones to all of you lot out there. It's very odd - where are they???????????????

Does anybody know, are childrens' toothbrushes considered "toiletry" items or "baby care"? How about Johnson's baby washes/ shampoos?

Went to get some H & B today as I have offered some out and I was watched very beadily by pharmacy lady as I picked up a wad !!! (about 10 isH) and stood there reading them as if I've never seen them before!! She said i could take a couple, so dissapointed today, however nice lady on checkout took all my previosly stashed vouchers and had another good shop tonight, £1.70 to pay on £15 shop.

Don't you just love it when you go to a new SA & stand there with "will they ,wont they" going thru your head whilst trying to look inconspicuos(?) and they take everything you give them Yeah Another SA to add to my list.

One more thing for all you mummies out there with girls, Baby Annabels are £14.98 in Tesco's at the mo, put that through with one of your "in credit toiletries" and you'll get top of range doll pretty cheap. HTH someone

My usual SA was on but when I got there she was off in the loo, so a male SA queried it with the supervisor who said they would only work if I had bought the goods, he said he had never scanned so many vouchers (worked out I think at 19) and they all scanned and the customer behind me commented that she hopes my new pampering and diet regime works !

It is swings and roundabouts as to whether they get accepted or not luckily mine did today and the supervisor surprinsingly said scan them all. This was my first use of h&b vouchers today after some kind souls (thanks guys) sent me some so I was raring to try them out.

Through the post today I gratefully received 2 H&B leaflets from Tiby so said to my little one 'right were off to Tescos' Would you believe it after scouring BRISTOL for them there i spy the remains of one near the pharmacy counter (my heart skips a beat. you'll know the feeling) I ask at the pharmacy counter and they have a huge pile under the counter! She gives me 1, 1! I hear her ask someone else whether they suppose to be out on the counter (well yeah!) so she puts a couple of piles out. So with careful planning i make 3 sweeps and manage to grab all but 1 which was only 8.

Anyway if your in BRISTOL, Brislington Tesco have loads under the counter.

Still no H&B in Worksop. Got a couple of Quit packs if anyone would like to swap for H&B.

Feeling a bit annoyed, didn't get a reduction on a Dougal birthday cake dated today - no other dates on display and I need it for daughters party tonight. Asked at Customer Services and they said the lady who does reductions was doing another job and the cake would be reduced at lunch time. Haven't the time to be going back and forth with an 8 month old so just bought it. Should I phone and complain, there were some cakes dated the 15th on Monday reduced at 9.30am!! Which number would I call? Any help appreciated.

puzzled as to how you manage this as any Tesco I've been to will only take one of each type of voucher per transaction. Also it does say on the back of the vouchers "only one coupon per transaction" so I guess they are correct in not taking multiples of each type and there's not much you can say. :rolleyes:

Using 5 or 2 of each type per transaction amazes me, wish I could find an SA like that
