I got some H&B vouchers on Monday in Prescot ,Merseyside .
They were behind the electrical desk.........plus the quit packs were on pharmacy

Hi, I apologise if I am a little slow to catch on.. So, if I purchase £5.00 worth of toiletries, then can I actually use the

1.25 toiletry from the quit kit +
1.25 beauty from the quit kit
1.00 toiletry from H&B +
1.00 beauty from H&B

???

H&B have toiletry and healthcare, so you could use 2 x £1.25 and £1 toiletry on £5 but if spend £10 on things that are BOGOF (ie £5 after BOGOF discount) then you could use:

£2.50 H&B for a £10 spend
2 x £1 H&B (toiletry) these are each for a £4 spend
2 x £1.25 from quit packs
Plus 5 x 50 points if you have them from H&B

So this gives a £7 discount, £2 off rest of shopping!!

Today I bought:

10 slimfast (used £2 from quit and £1 H&B healthcare) for £1.30.

2 simple shower gel, 2 simple handwash £3.96 after BOGOF
2 colgate for £3
Total £6.96 then I used £2.50 and £1 form H&B, 2 x £1.25 from quit and 2 x 40p colgate from quit packs.
So cost 16p!!!

Tring to work out how best to used my last £2.50 H&B with quit pack, have to be Colgate again to use the 2 x 40p.

Hi everyone, I'm sooo intrigued by this moneysaving. Whats the best way to use the vouchers, do you use the self scan or the assistants ? I feel the urge to try this out tonight;)

Woo hoo! Just had a good time at Tesco. However, something strange keeps happening with my £1 toiletry (h&b)

I thought I'd go for a £10 transaction, rather than my usual £5 one.

I purchased: 2 x Aquafresh mouthwash and 2 x Macleans whitening toothpaste, Total after BOGOF: £5.58

Used: 2 x £1.25 QK, 1 x £1 h&b and 1 x £2.50. Now, I saw her physically scan the £1 h&b and yet it is absent from my receipt and total!??? Manage to give her 2x 50 points as well, I hate using too many, especially as I gave a 30p and 50p coupon! Still only paid 58p for my toiletries!

I then purchased 10xslimfast, used the usual culprits, except I forgot to use the £2 one!!! So off I went to customer services, hoping not to draw attention to the 2x £1 healthcare ones I used! He said it's because slimfast isn't considered healthcare, till I pointed out the h&b leaflet coupon which has slimfast on the front! He then refunded the two pound, plus I used my newly aquired £1 voucher from a goodie bag I picked up!! (This one had a little tube of colgate as well!)

So total shop combined (including other shopping): £23.77 (£33.65 - BOGOFS)

Total paid after h&b and other coupons: £12.42!!

And, I received two till spits! 300 points off footwear and 35 points for comfort conditioner. Great shop! Will repeat the above two more times and I'll be happy

(Off to check out rest of thread! Just had to post that first) - Will also PM people who specifically asked me for vouchers as I managed to pick up 8 today.

Welshy - how do you get away with so many vouchers? And do you hide it with other shopping or simply stand proud and offer up your 37p?

I have loads of H&B and am tempted to follow your lead - but don;t want to come a cropper...

I'm not as brave as Welshy put other shopping with mine!!!

Where did you get your vouchers, I've not found any yet, only had 3 that a kind MSEer sent me?
