  • One of my recent £5 vouchers wouldn't work either recently and I went to CS and was given the £5 cash instead.

;) I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL ;)
  • Yes I did think about that, but I had handed over a huge wad of vouchers which did scan, (including £8 worth of Mail vouchers and had gotten over 950 clubcard points) so didnt want to push it!

Besides I think customer services would have used the excuse that because of BOGOF's I technically had not spent over £20 on H&B vouchers.

Oh well it will still come in handy next time and I'll remember to keep the voucher on top!
  • Has anyone tried these H&B vouchers against Pampers Kandoo toiletries or Palmolive Splish, Splash, Splosh handwash???? I have extra point vouchers for these and wondered if they are classed as toiletries or just as Baby products.

Any advice/experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I think you will be out of luck here - historically they don't scan against baby products - worth a try though especially on the palmolive.
  • Two easy question for anyone that can help:

    - I have read the H&B vouchers work against gift sets. Are these the ones that are currently half price? [eg the spa set or bath range etc]

    - I bought two deodarants (£2.14 each, total before discount £4.28 but discounted to £3.20 when you buy two). I thought I could hand over one £1 off a £4 spend and two 50 point off a £2 spend vouchers. The till would only take the £1 one and not the points vouchers. What am I missing in terms of how these work?

    Thanks for your help.

As far as I can see the till should have accepted your extra points ones. A simple point would be, had you already handed over your Clubcard? Points coupons won't scan until you do, that has caught me out a couple of times.

If you had, then certainly I would have gone to CS where they would have given you the 50 points for one coupon (probably only 1 at CS though!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I would love some. My local doesn't have any.
  • I didn't have any 50 points ones but I used the newspaper £5 one and two £2.50 HB ones and had an odd one to pay as all the things that I chose were on BOGOF. I chose the own brand cleansing wipes, wash and go and colgate whitening.
:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. Thank you to everyone who agreed my baby was the cutiest. Want to go round and hug everyone who voted, it means so much to me!:A

    Hiya Kool

I know I've asked you questions before about the shops in Exeter, can I know pick your brains about coupon acceptance in Tesco round your way? Don't have too much of a problem in Barnstaple but what's Exeter like??

Got a large bundle of H&B vouchers and the newspaper ones, so am keen to do some serious Chrimbo shopping.

    TIA
  • Will PM you now XXX
