I logged onto one of my PayPal accounts this morning to find some blurb that I am now a "top customer". As far as I can make out, this means that I can ring an alternative helpline number (allegedly with less waiting time) if I need help.
Has anyone else had this? If so, are there any other advantages?

You get a badge and are taught a secret handshake to identify other top customers. When you meet another TC you share the handshake and rhen roll you left trouser leg up and hit each other over the head with a pigs bladder while singing ABBA's dancing queen.:D'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
