PayPal "top customer"

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I logged onto one of my PayPal accounts this morning to find some blurb that I am now a "top customer". As far as I can make out, this means that I can ring an alternative helpline number (allegedly with less waiting time) if I need help.

Has anyone else had this? If so, are there any other advantages?

    Did you misread your email?

    I know Paypal have some "POT" customers in Africa... :rotfl:
