My mistake and I think you're right ian - if you are on the "old" system:Once you've earned 15,000 (£25.00) or more units redeem them for cash by following these two easy steps.
Whereas 3,000 units is £20 under the newer system.
Sounds like MP need to sort their systems out!!0 -

purplecatlover wrote:please tell me how, i have been a member of them for 3 just about 3 years and am only just about to hit my first 3000. i get their emails and open all the 5point ones, i used them for buying, and found a lot of places never tracked. they havent been helpful either for tracking queries ime.
There are several ways to earn daily points.
- Use the MutualPoints Search box on the top right of the home page for 5 points a day.
- Click on "Quick Rewards" and you can do 5 Pricerunner searches (25 points), 1 Kelkoo search (5 points) and 1 SearchTheInternet search (5 points)
The searches I do nearly always get credited. I redeemed £120 from Mutual Points last year and that was mainly from daily clicks/searches and the points earned via their emails. I tend not to use Mutual Points when buying things - I use other reward sites as they track more reliably.0 -

"Thank you for your enquiry.
Please note that there is no problem with the merchant Pricerunner and Searchtheinternet. However, they are famous for rewarding real soon or later in bulk.May I request you to kindly wait for a week and check if the
points are allocated into your account at the merchant's request. In case if they are not, please mail me along with the number of missing points so that I could investigate into this for you.
Regards Searchtheinternet, to ensure that you are rewarded for your 2 searches, you would need to go through one of our links on two separate occasions to be rewarded rather than clicking out 2 times through the one link. (this is applicable for Pricerunner too.)
Thank you for your patience."
So unless you keep a tally of what you have clicked on each day - chasing up is a nightmare! I've noticed its become worse in the last couple of months - taking me ages to reach the £20 payout at the minute!
I've had that exact same email from them too:rolleyes::whistle:Make Hay While The Sun Shines:think:0 -
remrats wrote:Am wondering just what has happened with Mutual Points. I've had disagreements with them about points not being added, though I do the regular ones, Pricerunner, Kelkoo etc. every day. Also, last time I had a payment due it came through promptly. This time it has now taken 3 weeks, although the points have been takenfrom my account. Their bargain section hasn't been changed since Christmas - when it was very useful. Anyone else with these problems? (By the way, I am not getting answers to e-mails at present, which is most unusual).

I've been using mutual points for years but have only recently started the daily search routine's (few months) I rarely buy through them as Quidco gives a higher reward for most things but they are good and reliable!!! I recieved a £25 cheque last week 13 days after ordering it so in that respect their processing times are similar to other sites
My advice is use them for the daily e-mail click throughs and the searches but Check the other cash back sites Quidco, topCash Back, R-points (or even pigsback) before buying or registering with a patner through them as their reward levels are loads lower than offered by others
my siggy below shows how much i have gained from them and other cash back sites:A0 -
for my account its....
Once you've earned 15,000 (£25.00) or more units redeem them for cash by following these two easy steps.
how come some ppl only have to get 3000 to get £20?
seems a little unfair?0 -
Anybody else noticed that Pricerunner are only giving 5 points instead of 8, tho it still says 8 on the Mutual Points quick rewards. Am getting a bit fed up with constantly e-mailing them over mistakes, and never getting a full answer. Still no new bargains, which is a disappointment.0
