Help with Flogas heater please

We got a loan of a Flogas SuperSer heater as our heating is broken. The heater is newish and the regulator as well. We bought a Flogas cylinder but cant get the heater to ignite. Is there a secret to these things?

Have you turn on the valve at the end of the pipe?
I haven't used that model before, but have used a few of these type of heaters before. Does the switch need to be pushed in then turned?0 -
The switch was broken, got it fixed now ta.0
