in Mobiles
came to the end of my O2 contract through carphone warehouse, decided to upgrade. went into store upgraded but found the deal was not what i wanted. tried to cancel after 2 days told i couldn't due to it being an upgrade :mad:

There is no cooling off period for in store sales by law, anyu comapny may offer them but there is no legal recourse.0

Only if you deal online/phone would the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) provde a safety net. Sadly, without this you are tied to the new deal.0
