You're really intending to go to Court for rent that you feel was due in 2011?
A quick search reveals the following:
Rich !!!!! (allegedly) is suing him for a fall she had outside the property.
I'm guessing OP gave her notice to leave at the end of AST. She couldn't do so in the time frame so "outstayed her welcome" by 7 days.
He's already tried to take her to court for damages (TDS have already told him to go away, despite going through 3 stages of arbitration).
Reading another couple of threads, the dispute didn't happen in 2011, but in fact 2010 (see here )The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Catherine - Well if you can afford to right off many thousands of pounds by simply letting it go, lucky you but some of us can't. It has taken so long to get to this point becasue of the legal system so not my doing.
Legalmonkey - your research is wrong, I have not already tried to take her to court as yet, and it went through 2 stages of arbitration within the TDS not three, both of which failed. I now finally have the full support of my local MP and the college of Law, so I guess this forum is not always the best place to get answers, but rather opinions which actually and factually don't seem to bear any relevance to the question raised.0 -
Wow, you have support from the "college of law" eh?
What's it's name please?0 -
Ha ha ha this just about sums things up for me with this forum.
Seriously I am not taking the mickey but try the 'college of law'....hello !!0 -
Its a valid question since I understand the College of Law hasn't existed since November last year.
You perhaps mean the University of Law?0 -
Trebor01
Last time I looked the College of Law was a teaching establishment (ah it still exists - try http://www.college-of-law.co.uk/home/)
The fact that the 'college of law' supports your case adds about the same weight as saying your local college supports your position.0 -
moromir - and who suggested I had not been last year ? No one but thanks for the interest.....NOT
paulluke - it is a teaching establishment but all cases are reviewed by qualified solicitors and barristers to help new candidates deal with new and real cases. So every case is reponded to by a qualified solicitor/barrister who specilaisies in case law on any given subject, so once again....WRONG.
I know this site is free for anyone to respond, but why bother when it is clear you don't know the answer ?
Hey ho, some people do just like to take part I suppose !!0 -
Moromir - No i mean the 'College Of Law', google it, its not hard !!0

This thread has a coolness about it that I find refreshing. So many circular aspects to get your tongue round. The only thing wrong with it is that it also has a hollowness which belies the OP's username.0
