Family mobile bundle/Capped contracts?

Hi,
My children currently have pay as you go mobiles but both have asked for contract mobiles as Christmas presents. I believe that T Mobile used to do a capped contract for teenagers but can't find anything similar now. My kids are 13 and 11 and want to limit the chance of them running up huge bills. I was hoping to get them contracts for approx £15 a month including minutes and texts but for them not to be able to go over this.
Also, my contract is up for renewal in December so wondered if it is possible to get a family type bundle. I can afford to pay up to £60 a month for the three phones.
We would need handsets (mine is a bit battered and the kids want something a bit more modern than there current phones) so don't want sim only contracts.
I have previously taken out my contracts through the Carphone Warehouse but tend to be baffled by the sales pitch and would like to go armed with a bit of information on what is available.
Has anybody got any ideas about:
a) capped contracts for teenagers?
b) family/group bundle deals?
Thanks in advance

I think Tesco plans are sim-only. What's wrong with buying a sim-free or unlocked PAYG phone?0 -
Hi Grumbler,
Thanks for your reply. I will take a look at the websites and see what is on offer.
Thanks again :-)0 -
You also asked about family/group deals.
If you go with T-Mobile's YouFix plan, they offer a Family Booster (£5.10 per month) which can be added to any monthly contract account each month - and this allows that number and any other 4 T-mobile numbers (which can be PAYG or contract) to have completely free calls, texts and picture messages between each other.
However, with top up rewards, bundles and extras, PAYG isn't necessarily a rip-off and is another way to fix costs.
You can, for example, get internet access, 100 minutes, 400 texts and £5 of unused credit for other calls/charges by topping up £10 per month with Orange PAYG (using a 100 minute extra for £5 and getting internet and texts as a top up reward on dolphin tariff).
They can choose three magic numbers to call for up to 1 hour for just 25p for the call (if they have no minutes left)
Orange have a free £100 credit offer on some smartphones which may be of interest.
Other PAYG providers, such as giffgaff might be worth a look, and buying the handset upfront separately.0
