  • Just got back from my tesco sc@rborough store - they have taken them all off the shelf and i over heard the staff saying someone tried taking 60 to the self serve and got a minus value transaction - numpties :( (no it wasnt me lol)
  • Thought I'd join in on this thread. I went at the weekend and no discounts for me - just the 3 for £1. Today I went in and tried a variety of 12 - jellies, rice, custard. Got a discount of £6.06. Went back and this time got 24 x variety. Discount of £16.16. Just been back and bought a tray of strawberry jellies, one of orange jellies, one of blackcurrant jellies and a tray of banana custard. Discount of £12.12 + £16.16 so I reckon 4 trays for £4. Still can't work out what is working and what isn't!!

Me either! I got orange jelly, strawberry jelly and low fat rice pudding and got charged the right price for some of them but don't know which!
  • YESSSSSS!!! I got a Tesco glitch, I got a Tesco glitch!!!

I just managed to get 42 strawberry jellies and 57 rice puddings for FREE with the help of my 9 year old son!!

    :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Really happy. I always miss out on these glitches!!!

I had to tell him to be quiet about the glitch as he was getting more and more excited. We went to the self service checkout & he accidently pressed finish after the jellys and it just spat out a receipt without asking for any money or anything!! Quickly grabbed it off scales while son was giggling and trying to scan through rice puds!! He kept saying "Daddy won't believe this!!"..... thankfully it was a young student on duty at the self service and couldn't really give a hoot what was going on!! :rotfl:
A small Thank You can make a BIG difference ;)

All the jellies were cleared in last store I went to, I was not sure if by other MSEers or the store but all the SELs had been turned around too. Plenty of custard and rice though. ;)

  • I bought 3 custards with my normal shoppingand noticed the double discount - I then went and bought another 9 but was havings problems working out how much I needed to spend on top for it not to be a neg figure - I needed some polish and that was £1, had it in my head that that would all come to £4 so I needed to spend another £2 odd - decided to treat us to a tin of roses as thought what the heck, they won't cost much after the discount - total for 9 x custards, 1 x polish, 1 x tin of roses was £5.97 to 3p off the polish and the custards for free!!

Worked at Liver00l Allert0n - but not on all, did a test run on a few flavours, then stocked up on those and oddly on the last run it didn't work on some jellies - but it had before. Weird, but still got loads free so very happy :D

tried sugar free raspberry, reg blackcurrent, sugar free orange and low fat custard. (and yes there are some left ;) )

EDIT - figured it out - works on sugar free orange but NOT reg orange.

Just this second got back and it is still working, although stock a bit lower than this morning when I was in. My Ds bought a friend back after school and I had them all on the kitchen worktop, rather a lot but not going to mention how many, and I think she thinks I'm mad, as whenever she comes round their's always a stack of something on the side waiting to be put away!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
