    Oh yeah thats right you can leave a copy on the server ( a bit slow today) anyway from Tools, Accounts, Mail Tab then select the account then click on properties Advanced tab under the section entitled Delivery, select Leave a copy of messages on the server. Click OK.

    Note: If you leave messages on the server, you will have to be careful not to exceed your server space limit. To aid in managing your space, select the Remove from server option that best suits you.

    I suppose your right - think its just me geting a bit stressy as i was worried i had messed up hubbys settings. - Apologies!!:shocked:

    Easy to take things the wrong way on a forum, especially if you're not used to members' senses of humour. I could have easily posted the same thing as espresso. Best thing is to try not getting stressed over these things (easier said than done I know) and that if you come across any problems or think you've "messed" something up there are always plenty of people on here willing to help you out and keep you on the right side of your hubby :)
