im my household manual i have a bout 6 a4 pages divided up into chicken , fish , potato , pasta , rice , sauasages , beef , pork and mince. and under each one i write all different types of meals that we like and extra ideas.
so lasange - under mince
pancakes tuffed with chicken and mushrooms - under chicken
etc etc
sounds complicated but it not really. then when i doing my meal planner say i have some chicken and not sure what to do with it , i just turn to the chicken page and i have loads of ideas. also when i try a new recipe that i like i then add it to it.
hope this helps and doesn't confuse.0 -
I think this is a great thread! I'm starting to get bored of the same meals. What's the recipe for chicken and wine casserole please? The moussaka one would be great too."Failure is always an option"
