im my household manual i have a bout 6 a4 pages divided up into chicken , fish , potato , pasta , rice , sauasages , beef , pork and mince. and under each one i write all different types of meals that we like and extra ideas.

    so lasange - under mince
pancakes tuffed with chicken and mushrooms - under chicken
    etc etc

sounds complicated but it not really. then when i doing my meal planner say i have some chicken and not sure what to do with it , i just turn to the chicken page and i have loads of ideas. also when i try a new recipe that i like i then add it to it.

hope this helps and doesn't confuse.

I think this is a great thread! I'm starting to get bored of the same meals. What's the recipe for chicken and wine casserole please? The moussaka one would be great too.
