gETTING BEST DEAL FOR vODAFONE UPGRADE

This may be of some help to anyone thinking of upgrading their Vodafone handset, I was told that the following is how Vodafone upgrade team get you a price (by one of their team).
If you are wanting to upgrade your handset the best time to call about this is first thing in the morning, this is because each member of the upgrade department has a certain amount of 'money to play with' each day. I don't know how much but thats not really important. But here's an example of how they work, I called them one afternoon to get a quote for particular handset and was quoted £85, I said i'd think about it, when I called back not much later another person quoted me £55 for the same handset. When I questioned how come there was such a difference they told me that basically they hadn't used as much of their daily quota as the first therefore was able to offer me better discount, ( I hope you're making sense of my ramblings) I decided to call back first thing a few days later and managed to get the handset completely free!
The moral of this, don't take their first price!
