I received 3 letters from this company but I took advice from this website and ignored them all. I heard nothing for a while but I have now received a letter from Roxburghe Debt collectors demanding £210. Do I ignore this or send the letters shown on the forum that Law Man sent. I do not want my credit rating to be affected.

Continue to ignore, others will be along shortly to confirm.
See the links about Roxburghe Debt collectors and chill.ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)

Ignore them, your credit rating cant be touched as you never had an account or borrowed money off anyone.
Only way your credit could be harmed is if they took you to court won and you didn't pay what the court ordered within 28 days. Seeing we are talking Roxburghe, you have more chance of winning the lottery. Your next letter will be Graham White solicitors which is also Roxburghe!0 -
Just ignore them. For your credit rating to be affected the case would have to go to court (very unlikely) you lose (very, very unlikely) and then you refuse to pay whatever the judge orders within 28 days. This is such a remote possibility that it's not worth worrying about.
As for Roxborugh, they are in danger of losing their credit licence because of all their dodgy dealings. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

You are now in the middle of a mail scam and nothing has changed; do not reply.
The Roxburghe debt collector and 'let's pretend we are a solicitor called Graham White' letters are part of the scam so just ignore them like you would if you got a series of phishing emails telling you that you'd won the Nigerian Lottery and just had to supply your Bank details to collect your winnings...
You must sit down and read a few more important threads if you were not expecting these letters; we have them in all their technicolour glory on this forum! If you haven't seen it already, you also need to see the Watchdog paper aeroplane excerpt which is linked in a sticky (permanent info) thread near the top of the forum thread list:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...play.php?f=163
The Watchdog clip is an absolute must-see and it's on the sticky thread near the top of that list called 'WELCOME, please read before posting'!!!!
Then look at the top sticky thread 'PPC letters, what to expect' and just keep on playing a fun game of snap with each matching letter as it arrives. The Roxburghe/Graham White letter-chain is on there under several different PPC listings, take a look now to see what might come next.
You will not go to Court; that's so rare it's almost unheard of; the odd PPC that does chance its arm once in a blue moon loses almost every time with a defended case.
No-one will come knocking, no bailiff will call; nothing about ignoring this con will affect your credit rating, just keep ignoring and tell your friends/family about this scam.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
