    I took the one on my house down the day i moved in, asked for it to be collected and it never was so it ended up at the tip.

    That's exactly what we did too. Took it down 3 days after we moved in, gave them a month to collect it and then then when there was still no sign of it being collected, filed it under "S" for "skip". 18 months later they still haven't called round for it.

    Conversley, the agents who were selling ours called around the day before completion to take theirs back!
