Help me find a printer for office

Thank you for your replies.
Please do keep links coming in as I forward them to the relevant person.
Are you all saying the link in post 10 for paper is cheaper than say, buying the tesco value version (which is fine to print on)?Pink is so not my colour :undecided0 -
If you mean this
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.210-7704.aspx
You would get 10 packs for the 15000 at £100
At UK office you would get 6 packs of 5 by 500 for £98:50 including delivery
Tesco have 75 gram paper at £12 for 2500, which is fine if it prints both sides without showing through

Sorry if I sound daft but does post 10 still work out cheaper or does the Tesco one?
Another question, since I am not printing 15000 pages together and it is being spread out over time, what do I need to look at for features in a printer?
I have looked at the links but still feeling a little overwhelmed as I'm not sure what I am looking out for in the products.
Lastly, if anyone could somehow tell me the best printer with ink and paper included (when bought separate) for under £400 I'd be very grateful. The ink has to be cheap for refills so that it doesn't make the whole thing work out being expensive.Pink is so not my colour :undecided0 -
There isn't much in it price wise, however, the UK Office paper has an RRP of £108 for 2500 sheets, though when discounted you pay £98:50 for the 15,000 sheets you need.
It says it is suitable for double sided printing, something you would need to check for the Tesco paper
Posts 20 and 21 have links for suitable printers
The one in post 21 seems to have lower running costs (toner ink)
The HP ones in post 20 have rebates0 -
Send them a pdf via email or cd/dvd instead? toner/paper costs will eat that budget up very quickly!!

We have found this one pcworldbusiness.co.uk/catalogue/item/P100095P?cidr=HP_ezbuy
Before I buy, is there any worth my money more, and can I get cheap cartridges for this printer?Pink is so not my colour :undecided0 -
Cheaper here with cash back
http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=331771&catcode=&sourceid=8035
Compatible here, though check for other prices, also check the page yield as there are a number of them

Check here if they are doing the cash back, they should be as it is an HP offer valid until 31-10-2011

Check it has a toner cartridge with it as BHS appear to supply it as an extra
