Tesco/Cineworld 2 for 1 Cars 3D vouchers can be used for Cars 2D

Tesco have a load of Cineworld vouchers on products for 2 for 1 tickets to see Cars in 3D - well, I have emailed Tesco and told them that Cineworld is no longer showing Cars in 3D so the vouchers are useless. They have called me back today and have told me that they can be used to see Cars in 2D as well.

I think we are going on Saturday so will confirm success with using them then. if anyone else uses them, can they post here and confirm.

I used the coupon today for Cars 2d at Milton Keynes, no problems.

they have stopped showing both Cars 2 ... 3d & 2d film in our nearest cinema

This thread should help you. I got the same mailing which said the products would be available on 26th Aug but they were available well before then. The loo roll was about £1.85 and has a cut out coupon on the back. You had better check the expiry date on the coupon if there is one and If you buy the product and there is no chance of seeing the movie because it is no longer being shown, I'd complain about it !

It is buy one get one free and cheapest is 2 loo rolls for £1.10.

However, it is not on at ours either. Did not get a chance to go this weekend - maybe next weekend then.

Very snidey of Cineworld. There is about a month on the vouchers.
