  • Called into the North Shields Tesco Extra on my way home from work tonight, and had a quick look.

Unlike Tesco at Kingston Park, this store did have some reduced price tags on the shelves for some cameras, though most had gone.

However, did manage to grab a Silver Sony W310 Digi camera for £25, which I thought was a decent bargain.

They had a couple of Samsung ones too, but they were £50 and £60.

Also, managed to grab a couple of the new Nerf Vortex guns towards our sons Chrimbo pressies, which were ealso on offer.

In the store i work they changed all the sels for the cheap 20 quid sat navs but were all out of stock cus its a busy store. The one a few miles is quiet therefore more stock. The problem is we constantly get new stock and old models are left in back for a while and not put on shelf cus we need room for new models. Therefore good bargains sit in back and are not price checked often and sels are not changed because they are in the back. If u see what i mean. For example some stores were saying they had brand new old stock washing machines priced at 80 quid but worth 300+

i gave up trying to get a great offer on an electrical item, until tonight. i got a sony dcr-dvd150e cam corder. it was not in my store before today as my store dont stock cam corders. and believe me i have searched nearly every day. i got it for £25 (marked up at this). online price about £189.
so all you out there that have been unlucky so far keep on looking as i think stores may still be receiving clearance stock.
