They told me they couldnt sell it to me as its saying "not on file" when being scanned and took it away from me.:( I kept asking for more info and told them they had been reduced so mabe thats what the problem was but they were no help.

I asked for them to phone head office and they refused. I phoned from my mobile and was told its best to speak to the manager and although its showing at head office as £20 its down to the store manager what to do. I thought I would try my luck at customer service saying head office said they are reduced and the manager can put it through. When they scanned it at customer service it came up at £89?? The electrical manager said it was the old stock that were reduced about 5 months ago and this was new stock. So asked for them to scan the 1 that was taken away and it was the same item just with a different barcode. Was told they were all the £89 ones.

It was the flip ultra hd with free tripod as on the tesco website. Any help would be appreciated:)

Are you sure you didn't scan the 4gb HD ones with free tripod? I did the just that, checked 2 boxes one of each colour. The black showed up as £89 and the white wasn't on file. The 4gb Ultra ones in both colcours do show £20. HTH

I was told they would be like finding a needle in a hay stack as they were reduced about 5 months ago. Did you get one then?:)

found the headphones in Swansea today, green and the orange both scanned at £5 so i bought 2, Plenty left. black were still £19

It's not the one with the free tripod you're after. It's the one with the barcode: 92684 00036 Model: U112OW-UK. The one with the free tripod also says HD on the box, but the £20 doesn't say HD (even though it is HD) and doesn't have a free tripod. The Electricals Manager is partially right. These are old stock and were reduced to £40 a couple of weeks back (not months), and went down to £20 on Saturday. They aren't that hard to find, as a lot of stores aren't even away that they are reduced. When I got mine yesterday, the SEL still said £40. When I got them scanned, the guy put one behind his back and said he was having that one (joking, of course), then he told his mate they were down to £20 and went over to the shelf and picked one up for himself.

My sister has just come back from tescos and bought a toshiba s20 camcoder, there were 3 on the shelf marked up as £89 2 scanned at this (red ones) but 1 scanned at £30 (black one). Guess which one she bought.

just came back from ing barwick got a samsung e28 for £15 one left on shelf and got a £20 off sat nav , not sure whether its worth getting for xmas present

Just to let u guys know i work for Tesco and it is not a glitch but infact just discontinued items. I managed with my brother to get many items all brand new and not ex display.

My store itself had no reductions but the one a few miles away had plenty
