I would have loved a Flip camera or a Sat-Nav, but looks like they are hard to come by now. Can't really justify the petrol costs to drive around and check either as all my local EXTRA stores are about 40mins away.
Hope the rest of you have some luck :)

Got the Sony x50 ipod speakers for £29 today. Thanks to those who mentioned them. The SEL said £29 too, so I was surprised to find one still in stock (S0lihull).
Edit: By the way, just plugged these in and they are amazing - really delighted. They also charge 3rd and 4th generation ipod touch (does not mention this on the box so I am even more pleased)

Just a little tip for all those asking if it works in xyz store
There are cheap prices on a vast range of different items.
These are in 99% of stores
Stock is appearing on the shop floor every day, so a store that had none in the morning might have loads in the evening
The only thing you can do is go to a store and look for yourself. Nobody answering on here will help you with stock availability in the vast majority of cases.
Read the thread, get an idea of things to look for and happy hunting!

That was a little selfish of you.
It was the same member of staff who told me yesterday there were no ebook readers, cheap laptops or netbooks, then said when I asked this morning they had sold them all yesterday! There were 4 members of staff checking all the cameras, sat navs etc and saying things like no I want one of the £20 ones. They were too busy scanning stuff to help customers and I have no doubt they will all be going home with cheap cameras and laptops today!

You do know that staff are customers too, and are also on a paltry wage? You sound like a nasty piece of work and I just hope you never got that member of staff the sack! Horrid behaviour.
If I was that horrid, I would have spoke to the duty manager, whom I saw! They didn't get into trouble and have no doubt they will be going home with the £25 sat navs and £20 cameras they were all scanning.

No - I went armed with a list (and noticed several other people with lists in the electrical dept!). I looked for the Technika swivel-speakers but couldn't find any and scanned a few of the headphones, but they all came up at full price. They also only had full price portable DVD players. What I really really would like is the Garmin cycle computer but they didn't seem to stock anything like that. I also checked the model numbers of the Kenwood food mixer but couldn't see any of the older stock. They did have some reduced straighteners yesterday, not sure if there are any left now. I did not ask about stock out the back though, just lurked to and from the self-scanner.

It was nice of you to report the bad staff behaviour to the manager, you should have spoke to the duty manager!

Tesco staff are not customers while on duty, it is rogue behaviour like this, putting themselves in front of the customers that will lead to many Tesco employees being fired as customers abandon tesco.

Frankly, this has been a public relations disaster for Tesco!
Customers have seen the nasty, bad and greedy behaviour of Tesco staff, many have been hassled, lied, and abused by Tesco staff, and this will have a bad effect on trading for some time to come.
Tesco Store management has shown its massive inadequacies, for senior management to marvel at....
