  • if it's a water feature then they won't need planning permission, but if it's a full scale model of Niagra Falls with cable car, gift shop and hotels, he'll need planning permission.

    Of if the lost city of Atlantis surfaces every half hour accompanied by the massed bands of the Coldstream Guards through concealed loudspeakers

    It would be worthwhile keeping an eye on it though - children might throw money in it for luck. If you howk out the money, you'll be the lucky one.
