Can he do this without planning permission? I suspect he can, but I just wanted to ask..

It all depends on exactly how big "large" is...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

if it's a water feature then they won't need planning permission, but if it's a full scale model of Niagra Falls with cable car, gift shop and hotels, he'll need planning permission.0

Let's hope the local chavs don't squeeze a bottle of fairy liquid into it then, like they repeatedly did to a fountain in front of a local office near to where I used to live...For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0

Handwash detergent would be even better than Fairy liquid I suspect. I accidentally put some in my washing machine once. Crazy bubble explosion all over the kitchen floor. :eek:
Or pink food dye? Macho water feature.
