Toshiba Qosmio PCI express error - help!!

The problem is most likely the Nvidia GPU graphic card ,I am having the same problem.
The chip was found faulty but Toshiba never recalled their products is a known issue. In the US there was a law suite against Nvidia and the consumer got compensation, in the UK ...... nothing.
I asked Toshiba how much the repair will cost and with VAT and all is around 700 pounds as you willl have to replace the all MB and you will get another MB with the faulty chip that might last you a month or a year or only God knowes.
I send an email to consumer direct to find out if we have any chance to get compensation or replace the laptop , but I think we are on our own.
The lit of ppl with the same problem is endless, difference is other company as Apple , HP and Dell helped their customer, Toshiba didn't.
