Hi
First post
I took out a contract phone with t-mobile last friday 5th Jan from a company called chitter-chatter i.e went into their shop
I now realise it`s not for me
Is there a cooling off period i.e where I can take it back if the phone has not been used or been charged up. have not took it out of the box
the only thing I am wary of is the sales person undid the security seal, and placed the sim card in the phone, but as I say. it has not been used

I guess this:
http://www.chitter-chatter.co.uk/terms.php
is intended to cover online purchases, but maybe item 7 will also apply if bought from a shop?Stompa0 -
