- shopping for uniform & shoes
- bread from breadmaker being demolished as I type
- all meals from mealplan and ingredients/items already bought
- read my new declutter manual and put into practice - starts with the bathroom
- do Rosemary Conley dvd much to amusement and embarassment of my chln
- do another Couch to 5k podcast
- check bank and make appropriate moves from savings to current account to cover uniform etc
- get OH to tidy corner of kitchen that is turning into a dumping spot for tools and other items that need putting away. If I was brave I would post a pic, as it is I'm sure you can imagine!
- enjoy garden on this nice day - OH just finished pond fountain so can listen to trickling water (btw pond started because he saw some fish on freecycle - this has turned into v expensive solve to find home for 5 fish)

Morning All!
Day off tomorrow, so it's my Friday. Woop! And our company directors have been round and are very happy. Which is nice.
Today I shall be mostly......going home to spunge off my parents for dinner.
I had an expensive day yesterday- my wallet fell out of my pocket and accidentally bought a new Xbox game. Ah well.
As it's the GFs birthday today I am cooking instead of going out for a meal- venison steak with stuffed tomato Nicoise.

Hello :j
Thanks for starting the thread DNMS, and Candy, I hope you are ok.
So far today I have:
Car in for service at garage across the road from my new house. I normally take it to the main dealer, and don't know if it will be cheaper, but at least it saved driving to another town and getting a bus back, then having to go through all the palaver again to go and get it back
Done, price seemed reasonable
Hoovered downstairs (still have to dust)
Dragged shopping trolley to A!dis for a few bits, and picked enough blackberries for a pie on the way back
Put some bags of apples that DD2 abandoned here on freecycle, and waiting for 2 ladies to come and pick them up
I have enough jellies and chutney for this year! One collected and one to leave outside the front door for collection later
Still to do:
Dusting! Done - even polished a bit
Investigate elderly butternut squashes in the conservatory to see if they are still ok for soup  Not been brave enough yet
Plant bulbs and plants I bought the other day
Nope, not got round to it yet
Make a blackberry and apple pie
Done
I love being at home, but my week's leave is going all too quickly
