Yesterday I spent £4.62 in i*eland and £13.66 in HB, had to go back to HB for a refund today as they'd charged me for 2 packs of washing powder instead of 1, which I didn't notice until I was checking my receipt last night!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Havent updated in a week or so. my boyfriend went shopping on friday for me
expensive as you can imagine. No actual proper food, but £36 spent. and i spent under £3 at coop last week on spinach and brocolli. so have just added £40 onto sig as cant remember exact amounts. I need to get some mushrooms and peppers for in the week. so i'll pop to the shop in my dinner time. less time for me to wander and buy more!! my bf's car broke down on sunday
so really need to be careful now with that added expense! xx

Doing pretty good still got just under £50 left to spend. Find I'm now buying food I actually need and can do something with rather than chucking things in the trolley then in the bin a few days later. Thought I was pushing my luck with a £200 budget and 4 in the household but just shows what you can achieve when you set your mind to it.. hope everyone else is doing well xDon't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend...

Hi everyone, must read through the thread as I got left behind a few pages ago.
Been a strange week - had my op and now not allowed to weight bear for 2 weeks:eek:.
Someone on the NSD thread pointed out this could be good as I can't be tempted by going into shops but .... online shopping has now been discovered (can't usually get anything as not in to sign for the orders as most places seem to want now-a-days).
So far, have spent nearly £100 on food for pets  however I'm trying some new wet foods (which if the wee "toerags" will eat, will work out cheaper) and have managed to get their dry on a great offer - will have 8 months  supply when it comes so will be worth it in the long run!:D
(Glad I don't incl pet food in this challenge;))
For me, a couple of final bits of stocking up before op - £49.94 at Mr A and £7.58 at Mr L.
Brings me to £88.68 / £175 - fingers crossed I may just do it this month!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
