I haven't had it yet, it's actually the day after I hand my dissertation in at uni (which isn't going too well...) Went up to uni today and realised I left my student ID at home and couldn't get into any of the buildings. Security wouldn't give me a temp pass either because I apparently don't exist any more on the system because my ID expired on the 28th. Went to student services and they couldn't give me a new pass without me giving them my old one :mad: So I wasted the train fare into London and now I feel so tired after getting up at 5. Have no motivation to do anything now. Might go for a nap and see what happens.

I remember a few months ago we tried seeing who could use the most products all in one go. Well last night I had the pamper session of the year so far (and used up 3 products!). Here's what I used:

I'm in for this month! I had a lot of free INs last month, and did not buy anything. This month I have 2 INs already, a mini Mavala nail polish in Grey from Elle, and a sachet of Fendi EDP that also was in the magazine. I got Elle for £1 using a coupon in todays Metro

Unfortunately since I only bought Elle for the nail polish I need to move my last spend date.

Myface Cosmetics MyMix Foundation - ok, technically it wasn't needed just yet, but my EL one I've had for 3/4 years and I've been using it more, and I know it looks full as no part of it is clear, but maybe that's the colour of the tube? (Plus it was 20% off) I've decided this is not unnecessary spend as my Hello Flawless is just at the edges now and I don't normally stock foundation.
Myface Lil Bling nail varnish in Purple Daze - no excuse except maybe a late birthday present to myself. I must have 100 polishes by now. I stopped counting at 85 :eek: It will go with the Purple Daze Blingtone I already own though (also had 20% off - there is absolutely, definitely, no pattern here...) (Unecessary spend £4.79)

Adilade, just saw your post! It was ok, bit dull tbh, I don't know what I was expecting though! Dinner at home, sister1 & family came over. Apparently a cousin is coming round tonight. I also (stupidly?) promised nieces & nephew ice cream on Edgeware Road on Tuesday, but we got too late to go and they're not letting me forget! I can't re-adjust to eating either. I always find it weird how it's never on one day throughout the country :eek: Where are you based? I think most of London went with Tuesday. How did you celebrate? Anything else planned over the weekend?

Well August didn't go according to plan- I had to have emergency surgery on my leg 3 weeks ago and I'm on crutches for at least 3 months and can't weight bear through one leg. So baths are out of the question and i can manage some showers with assistance so my stash isn't going down as quick as it should do!

This weeks IN's are a Liz Earle C+P- I always go back to this when my skin is bad and being under the weather has caused some dry patches and spots.
Did a BS order for xmas and some dewberry shower gel fell into the basket for me.
3 UU's- Dove deodrant- this is a HG for me and always have a few cans in as its one of the few sprays that doesnt irritate my armpits.
Aldi macadamia nut body wash- WIBA?- Yes, cheap and does the job.
Small tub of Elle Macpherson body butter- Was from an xmas pressy- WIBA? probably not. Smelt lovely and consistency was nice and thick but got loads more butters to work my way through.

Had got a tube of S+G facial wash that I couldn't get on with but boyfriend has confessed to using it in the shower so that will hopefully soon be gone.

I'm in again for this month, thanks to EH for the new thread.

Have been away for a week and really busy with the kids and school hols, mine have had 7 weeks off this year and in all honestly I have had ENOUGH, they are driving me and themselves mad.

My total uu for august was 23 and for the first time since joining the challenge this figure exceeded my ins's YAY.

Had a look yesterday at the No7 counter with my voucher in hand, but there have been so many that there is just nothing at all that I want now. Wish they would do something different for a change.
