    UU'S-
Elemis monoi frangiani shower cream, WNBA, nothing special really considering the price.
Baylis and Harding shower gel- was a pressy I think, was so watery when it came out of the small tube only lasted one shower.
Dove deodrent- HG product, got loads more to work through
    IN'S-
Glossybox arrived this morning but the brow pallette was all smashed up so had to email them. Not overly impressed with the rest, moisturiser tube, shampoo sachets and a small jar of some kind of balm. Some of the boxes I've seen on some peoples blogs have had dead sea salt scrub in and bottles of shampoo rather than sachets so not really impressed. Will give it another month then decide whether to continue.

The garnier "all singing and dancing" BB cream was an epic fail- the light colour turned out to be a very dark shade which made me look orange. Might end up on swaps cos I'll never use it again.

I really don't know how Baylis and Harding get away with it, other than the fact that they usually have very attractive packaging. The products are uniformly carp, imo and a lot of others on here.

I love their mandarin and something or another handwash - smells very like the Molton brown Naran-Ji one, but at a fraction of the price. Not tried many of their other products though, and the reviews they've had on here make me think I won't bother!

  • At first glance the handwashes do look a bit like Molten Brown I think.

At last the UUs are happening for me this month. I had a big list of splutterers and I had two UU's this morning.

CK Truth Sappling - WNBA - can't even remember how I got it in the first place. It was a purse size mini but not a spary which I have struggled to use. I was in Muji and seen a pocket atomiser spray for £5.95. 4547315276752_s.jpg I must admit I am glad I did as it is really helping me UU some of the small fiddly bottles or samples. I have decanted my last CK Truth vile which is a Bamboo one into it.

My other UU was an Elle MacPherson Body Butter tub - WIBA? I have had the last few a gifts (still 2 in the stash unopened) and they do the job just fine. Not too thick for a BB and absorbes well. I am now onto a donated one- Crabtree & Evelyn Cayman Winds Silkening Meringue Body Lotion 200mls. I have had a quick sniff and I am not too keen :(.

Another 5 splutterers to add to my list :T
    • Nivea Facial Wipes
    • No7 Night Cream
    • Sure Roll On Deo
    • Right Guard Spay Deo
    • Imperial Leather Shower Gel
EDIT - Forgot to say this morning I also cut open the tube of The Phillosphy The Promise. I think there must be another week of product lurking in the tube.

    Evening ladies:D

It's been a fairly quiet month for me on the use up front. Had a few but never seemed to find the time to actually post them on here! I'll wait until the end of the month a write up a full report then.

I was hoping that you might be able to help me select a new product;). I have just today had my rather long thick hair totally whacked up to my hairline, thined out and choppy layers and side sweeping fringe put in. And, for the first time in my life (31 years) I have a side parting rather than a centre parting:eek:.

So, I am in need of some hairwax to boof up the back layers and try to persuade my new side parting fringe thing to actually stay put. It keepts try to regress into a centre parting.

I haven't really used hairwax in the past, although I do vaguely remember buying a tub of VO5 stuff and it was so hard I had to melt it with my hairdryer first.

So, over to you ladies :A- find me a soft hair wax please!

Gelicity foot soak (why would anybody need stuff that turns into blue jelly when you stick your feet in? Truly, I will buy any old nonsense)

:rotfl::rotfl: I bought some of that - felt awful between my toes :o
Congrats Flirtini. :D DH and I are trying to move out of his parents but it's hard because there is no way a private LL would take us on (I'm disabled and DH is my carer)

Don't give up - you shouldn't need to declare your disability - it shouldn't make a difference to any LL. I've never had to tell my LL that I'm disabled and that my OH is classed as my carer. As long as the rent get paid they don't care - and nor should they :D

Rosemary - fabulous report on the Max Factor :T  Thank You :D

Sorry I've been a bit AWOL guys - very tired and blah. Did have a great time in London - the zoo was FAB! will share photos next week. Off to visit my brother & family for the weekend so will see you all next week :D

    Hugs xxxx

    Hope it goes ok!

I gave up on mine, got fed up of my 'issue' being compared to a fear of spiders, which it's nothing like :o
