E2Save Manager Contact
I remember a while back, an ex employee posting details of the manager's email address and other details, but can't find the thread now... does anyone know if it's the same still?
I ordered a phone for my uncle and aunt in December, both on the same contract, however, one better phone than the other - the better phone (higher price) came no problem, bit late, but never mind.
The cheaper one (worked out £3 a month or something) didn't come, and no emails or anything from them... but status on the "my account" page just said out of stock.
Been talking to them today and they claim they sent numerous emails regarding it sasying they're out of stock and they said it would be cancelled.... however no such emails were received.
They now say they can't honour the deal due to no stock, and the next cheapest is about £12 a month. Due to it being done in december, they can't do anything about it.
Anyone know if there's anything that can be done?
Cheers
