I called them up on the number above to confirm I wish to cancel, he wanted to know how many copies I had received and he said I had another one coming for my payment. He is going to send the cancellation in writing too. I should of asked about the free gift! as I haven't received it. Oh well!:money:

I have emailed the subscription cancellation, and cancelled the direct debit. I got the same reply as others, 28 days after 6/2/07. I have sent an email telling them it is now 35days since 6/2/07 and have still not received anything.
Let you know what happens0 -
Got 2 automated email's saying that someone from customer service will be in touch soon. So far, Nothing! Has anyone actually received their free gift or a positive reply?
Any suggestions on how to follow this up? They should'nt be able to get away with offering a gift, then fail to deliver.:mad:0 -
I too have been told that I will get a phone call from customer services. Was told that I should have received the gift by now, and that it has been put on reorder. They will apparently contact me to let me know what is happening.
I don't expect to see the elusive free gift at all now I have cancelled. I only guess that those who pay the upcoming direct debit will receive it....0 -
did anyone read the t&c

Thank you for your recent email.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been
caused in receiving your subscription gift.
Unfortunately the stock has been delayed and we are still awaiting
further deliveries. We do hope to despatch the gift within the next 28
working days.
I would like to assure you that this is not the normal service we wish
to portray and that this delay is totally out of our control. However
we do understand the unnecessary inconvenience that this is causing our
subscribers and hope to rectify it as soon as possible.
I am truly sorry for the frustration this has caused but do hope that
you are enjoying the magazine.0
