If you have one, try a street market. My local market has a seller with crates of good quality Prinz Dutch-grown bulbs at £2 a large bag (I'm too lazy to weigh one, but they are big).
It's not inconceivable that eBay could be cheaper still, but the Post Office is killing that trade.0
