Not in my company they don't. It's a very involved, hands-on job; I'm not some robot who just sits at their desk carrying out instructions. In fact, I've worked in an admin role all my working life and it's always been that way for me. Good Luck OP, hope you're successful. Because answering questions is easy. Asking good ones isn't.
If they are stuck between two people the most enthusiastic may win.
However your post is irrelevant to the topic, perhaps if you wish to cite your opinion you could start a thread title "Should you ask questions at an interview?"
