Get it adjusted - sounds like hinges have dropped, replace seals if necessary. Alternatively forget the squirty just stuff it with old socks.

Just noticed one of my windows has a 1/2 cm gap between the window top and the frame.
Is there a product like a temporary latex expanding foam available in the UK to squirt in and seal for the winter?
