Best MS event was changing to a different hairdresser. New lovely man has given me a fab cut and colour for a fraction of the price I paid in usual place last time so really pleased with that. Shall get OH to give me a pedicure now :rotfl:

Yay! Just found out I won a slogan competition :j Had to comment on a shop's FB page where the winner would 'win a little treat'. Not that I yet know what the little treat is but I do love the shop so it's all good.0

Hi all
DNMS - Thanks for starting us off
Sorry, I havent been around for a while, life and the school holidays got in the way but I'm back now as I REALLY need you
Today's little list
Check Banks
Bank Cheques
Investigate Jobs for me
Check Swapits (for LO)
Comps
List items for sale on netmums and Facebook (LO has had a sort out and Im trying to make him some money for his savings, tring to instill in him some money sense, although he is very good and will often look at things and say how expensive they are and whether they are worth it or not - not bad for 8)
Can I ask a favour? Could you all please keep your fingers crossed for us tomorrow, hubby found out Tuesday (when he went back to work after our lovely holiday in Devon) that the company he works for is making redundancies. We are not feeling that confident as he's only been in the job a year after being made redundant from the only other job he's ever had (43 years in one job - something to be proud of). We will find out tomorrow how many redundancies there will be and then the company will make their decisions and write and let the individuals know.
Love to you all, have missed you
