Orange san francisco - orange rep or others help me please

I got an orange san francisco 1 month ago ...
within a month the first phone failed - it stopped charging the battery - and I had to ring for a replacement..
the replacement cuts out when I make phonecalls - has a marked face - and is very much more orange than my 'new one'.. So I'm guessing I've been sent a dodgy reconditioned phone
What can I do - do I just keep sending it back....
I have a recepit for a second handset - coudl I cheekily use this recepit to replace my dodgy handset.. or will the 'agents' check the numbers?
I'm so anoyed i took care of my screen/phone and now have one that looks wrong

If you have received a replacement from Orange which is faulty, I'd advise to contact our Handset Faults team to request that this be replaced. Any replacement you receive would likely be reconditioned, but it should be effectively "as new" and fault free.
If you are a Pay Monthly customer, you can contact Handset Faults via our Customer Service Helpdesk on 150 from your phone or 07973 100150 from a fixed line. If you are on Pay As You Go, you can contact them on 450 from your phone or 07973 100450 from a fixed line.
